This uniquely designed, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, Sedona vacation home is nestled on a up high location that provides wonderful views of all the famous red rock formations of West Sedona and the Mongollan Rim on the eastern horizon. Even Cathedral Rock can be seen to the south from this modern architechural beauty.

The grounds at Usonia have plentiful green grass, native trees and even rose bushes. You'll find lots of quiet spaces to sit and enjoy your time away from it all, watch a fabulous sunrise or sunset and maybe by chance observe a local bird or two.

Decorated in mission style furnishings, the living room at Usonia provides comfort for everyone. This room features a wood burning fireplace, a flat panel widescreen television with satellite and DVD player plus soft leather seating. Everyone will enjoy preparing meals in this bright kitchen with plenty of counter tops, a Jenn-Aire gas ranged lots of space for all to partake. Excellent views, too!

The dining room at Usonia is situated between the kitchen and front hall. A lovely mission style table and chairs will accommodate up to six. This room has plenty of light from windows on the front and back sides of this home.

Master Bedroom Suite 1 Privately located in it's own wing of this Sedona home, this master bedroom suite has a king size bed which faces the red rock views and television. There is a private patio off this master suite with seating for two and wonderful views. A private full bath is located on the entry hall to the master suite and includes a jetted tub and seperate shower.

Bedroom Suite 2 is located on the other end of home and has a comfortable king size bed, television, private full bath and lots of wonderful morning sunlight.

The Third Bedroom is located next to bedroom suite 2, with bath 2 seperating them. There is a queen size bed and twin size futon in this room.
