Located in a quiet residential area in the southern section of red rock country, this home is a favorite on our rental program because of its home away from home feel. A great place to call your home while visiting and exploring Sedona on your next visit.

A great place to come home to after being out all day hiking or biking in Sedona's canyons or shopping the galleries and gift shops. Suncatcher has three bedrooms and two full baths providing very affordable accommodations for up to six people.

Sedona has been host to many movies over the years, especially westerns and the owner, being an actor himself, has brought a bit of Sedona cinema into his home with posters from movies mostly made in Sedona. (Plus a few extras from his own career.)

The Living Room
A very comfortable vacation getaway, Suncatcher has an open living room situated central to the rest of the home. Colorfully decorated and comfortably appointed, this home has a 29" television with DVD player and stereo system with CD Player.

The Kitchen & Dining Area
A bright and cheerful kitchen is fully equipped to make any cooks in the group content. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen and connects to the livingroom. Sliders take you out to the patio with its nice outdoor sitting areas, views and to your private hot tub.

The Bedrooms & Bath

The Master Suite has a king size bed, flat screen television, loveseat, large walk-in closet and a private, full bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom Two has two twin size beds, large closet, chest of drawers, alarm clock and rocking chair.

Bedroom Three has a queen size bed, two extra large leather chairs, closet and sunset views.

The second full bath is centrally located between bedrooms two and three and has shower and tub combination.

The Outdoor Spaces
Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, this lovely Sedona vacation home offers nice sitting spaces in the front and the back of the property. Stepping outside to the backyard from the kitchen you find two dining areas, a gas barbecue grill and a relaxing hot tub, all which provide views of Courthouse Butte.

Located just minutes from two of Sedona's giant red rock monoliths, Suncatcher is less than ten minutes to wonderful biking and hiking trails that wind around Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, two of the more famous red rock formations in the all of the Sedona area. A great place to take your dog along for a great run, too!
