- All reservations must be made by telephone. Please call 800-279-1945 or 928-282-9199 with questions or to reserve.
- When you reserve, you will be e-mailed a rental agreement along with any additional materials pertaining to your particular rental which are to be returned with requested down payment via U.S Mail within 7 days if renting more than a month in the future and via e-mail or fax if renting within 30 days.
- A credit card is mandatory to hold all reservations.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, cashier checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
- Reservations are confirmed only after Red Rock Realty receives a $200.00 down payment and a completed and signed rental agreement.
- A $50.00 renter insurance policy is required on all rentals and is due thirty days before your arrival along with final payment. This insurance covers the home for accidental damages up to $1,500 and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit (and is not negotiable).
- All rates
reflect a 3% discount for payment by personal or cashier's check or money
order. Add 3% for credit card charges.
- Payments by check must be received
30 days before arrival date.
- Entire balance is required 30
days prior to arrival.
- On rents four weeks or longer: 50% of
balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Remaining 50% balance due 30
days before arrival date.
- If renting within 30 days, the
total must be charged to a credit card, which will include an additional
3% additional charge. Overnight money orders or cashier checks will also be accepted.
- No refunds on cancellations
of 30 days or less.
- There is a $200.00 non-refundable
retainer fee on all rents 4 weeks or longer, unless canceled 60 days
in advance.
- Check-out: Before
10:00 AM
- Arrival and departure times may be adjusted with prior approval from Red Rock Realty.
- Rates are subject to change
without notice.
- No pets allowed without approval of owner of property being rented. There will be an additional fee per pet. View our PET POLICY.
- No smoking inside any home at anytime.
- Please understand that every effort is made to see that you arrive to an immaculate home. Some settling of dust may have occurred in the event the home has been vacant for more than a few days

- There is a $100.00 fee on all cancellations.
- To cancel a reservation and receive a refund (minus cancellation fee), phone us a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the contracted
date of arrival.
- For reservations for four weeks or longer: 1.) All cancellations made 60 days before arrival are subject to
normal cancellation fee of $100.00. 2.) Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days forfeit moneys paid to date (50% of total fee).
3.) Cancellations made within 30 days of reservations forfeit all moneys paid (Total fee)
- All reservations canceled within thirty (30) days or less forfeit total moneys paid, unless the time is contracted to another party, in which case the days rented will be refunded.
- Our optional trip protection is highly recommended.
