is an initial key to providing the availability of your home to the world, providing attractive visuals and full information on each property on our program. For full coverage of search possibilities, we also advertise on many national and international sites that specialize
in assisting travelers to locate a Sedona vacation rental. These commercial sites drive soon to be visitors to our site and your Sedona home and will be found, along with our site, on page one of most web searches for sedona vacation homes, sedona vacation rentals, etc. Social media and Search Engine Optimization are also utilized to drive more interested guests to our site. Reservations,
Billing and Collection:
 Red Rock Realty handles
all reservations and collection of all incomes.
All owners are provided access,
with a personal password and user name, to online reservations where you
can review  current reservations.
Renters are carefully screened
before reservations are made to assure complete security of your investment
property.
Monthly
Reports:
Red Rock Realty reports
to you monthly, this includes reporting all rental income, all monthly
expenditures including utilities and maintenance expenses.
Cleaning & Inspections:
We employ an independent
team of exceptional housekeepers who keep each property well maintained
and equipped for each new renter. Each home is inspected randomly to insure quality control of housekeeping crews. Your home is routinely inspected for repair requirements and possible future maintenance issues.
Maintenance:
Red Rock Realty is authorized
for emergency repairs up to $400.00.
Repairs over $400.00 must
be authorized by you, the owner.
