a presence for your home(s) on our website. (redrockrealty.net).
Each home we represent has it's own onsite mini site which includes information
on your home and a complete portfolio of it's special features with separate
pages for images and features of each room and all the special features
of the outdoors and views.
Red Rock Realty's web presence
is the key to providing the availability of your home to the world. Knowing
this, we also advertise on many national and international sites that specialize
in assisting travelers to locate a vacation rental. These sites drive renters
to our site and your home.
Sedona Chamber of Commerce:
- Promotion of Red
Rock Realty on the Sedona Chamber website with an enhanced, linked listing
that will link all who visit the chamber on-line to the Red Rock Realty
website and all of our rental homes.
- A current brochure of our
vacation properties is supplied to the Sedona Chamber for free distribution
to visitors at the chamber and is available for all chamber mailings.
Monthly
Reports:
Red Rock Realty reports
to you monthly, this includes reporting all rental income, all monthly
expenditures including utilities and maintenance expenses.
Cleaning:
We employ an independent
team of exceptional housekeepers who keep each property well maintained
and equipped for each new renter. The house is inventoried at each cleaning.
Maintenance:
Red Rock Realty is authorized
for emergency repairs up to $300.00.
Repairs over $300.00 must
be authorized by you, the owner. |
