Dry Creek Lodge is a one-of-a-kind, old Sedona historic property, originally built in the 1930’s and lovingly remodeled in 1993. The main house, of this large ranch home, has four bedrooms and three baths. There is a separate 705 square foot guest house for added accommodations and a large swimming pool enclosure with hot tub and 2 fireplaces to add to this very private property’s ambience.

Dry Creek Lodge's beautiful red rock setting, with its natural surroundings, pool enclosure and abundant accommodations, offers a secluded resort-like setting many people pay much, much more for at area resorts, but offers that all so important private place to rest and relax away from the crowds, those resorts cannot.

This uniquely built 2 1/4 acre Sedona vacation home is nestled in the northwestern corner of West Sedona not far from Lizardhead Rock and Thunder Mountain. The main house is a spacious 4,500 square feet, and along with the additional guesthouse, Dry Creek Lodge will accommodate up to twelve people very comfortably.

A beautiful Sedona vacation getaway, with wonderful views of the western horizon and the Boynton Canyon area, Dry Creek Lodge is just up the street from trails to Vultee Arch and Devils Bridge and just a few minutes drive from local amenities.

The pool enclosure, with a full size pool, 12' by 12' hot tub and two beehive gas fireplaces, add to the ambiance of this fabulous vacation getaway. The perfect place to relax, the pool area also offers a very private place to enjoy a outdoor massage by one of Sedona's many wonderful massage therapists. The grounds at the lodge, with its plentiful green grass, native trees and cactus, provide lots of quiet spaces to sit and enjoy your time away from it all and maybe by chance observe a local bird or two. Flagstone walkways meander between the pool and shady mesquite trees to the guesthouse and back, making for a very park-like atmosphere

The open living room is a large space with high, beamed ceilings and lots of windows. There is a wood burning stove inset into a stone fireplace that opens on the other side to the dining room. The wood paneled walls, beamed ceiling and stone floor bring in lots of earthy warmth making it a great space to relax and enjoy a good conversation, watch a movie and take in the fabulous view!

The open layout of the Dry Creek Ranches kitchen, incorporates the dining space with a galley style, fully equipped kitchen. The tiled center isle has seating for four, a second sink and lots of counter to prepare any feast you may desire.

The dining room at Dry Creek Lodge is situated between the kitchen, living room and guest bedroom suite. A beautiful wood burning stone fireplace helps set the mood for a cozy dining experience for six with extra seating for four at the kitchen island.

There are four bedrooms and two full baths plus one half bath (with spa tub only) in the main home of the Dry Creek Lodge.

The Master Bedroom Suite is large with a high beamed ceiling, a wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating for two, television with cable and a large walk in closet. There is a private en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. A beautifully handcrafted stained glass window, of a native american kachina dancer, fills this colorful bathroom with ambient light.

The Second Bedroom is centrally located next to the master bedroom and across the hall from bathroom two. This room has a queen size bed, closet, writing desk and morning sunshine.

The Third Bedroom is located downstairs in a private area of this rambling home. This bedroom has a queen size bed, television with cable and a ground level window.

The Guest Bedroom Suite is located off the dining room with louvered french doors that give it lots of privacy. This separate guest suite has a queen size bedand slider to private outdoor patio. The sunken front room is a comfortable lounging space with a flat panel television. The bedroom suite has a private half bathroom.

Separate from the Main House, the guest house is the perfect place for added visitors to join in your group. Three rooms, the guesthouse has a living room with a queen sleeper, television and comfortable seating and a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a small kitchen and full bath.
