This unique 2 1/2 acre Sedona vacation home is nestled in the northwestern corner of West Sedona near to LizardHead Rock and Thunder Mountain. The main home is a spacious 4,500 square feet home and along with the additional guesthouse will accommodate up to twelve people very comfortably.

Dry Creek is a beautiful Sedona vacation spot with wonderful outdoor views of the Western Horizon and the Boynton Canyon area with all the fabulous sunsets they have to offer. 

A fully enclosed pool enclosure with a full size pool, 12 foot by 12 foot hot tub and two outdoor gas fireplaces add to the ambiance of this fabulous vacation getaway. The perfect place to relax, the pool area also offers a very private place to enjoy a outdoor massage by one of Sedona's many wonderful massage therapists. 

The grounds at Dry Creek are a feast for the eyes along with being one of the most relaxing, private spots you'll find in all of Sedona. Stone walkways meander between the pool and the manicured lawn and shady mesquite trees to the guesthouse and back, making for a very park-like atmosphere.

You will enjoy this homes many unique features such as the hardwood floors and
a stone fireplace with wood burning stove in the living room, the unusual stone shower 
in the hall bath, the jacuzzi tub in the guest suite bath and the wonderful 
stained glass kachina in the master bathroom just to mention a few.
The Living Room

The great room is a large open space with high, beamed ceilings and lots of windows. There is a wood burning stove inset into a stone fireplace that opens on the other side to the dining room. The wood paneled walls, beamed ceiling and stone floor bring in lots of earthy warmth making it a great space to relax and enjoy a good conversation or a great book.

The open layout of Dry Creek incorporates the dining space with the galley style, fully equipped kitchen. The long center isle incorporates the breakfast seating, a second sink and lots of counter to prepare any feast you may desire.

There are four bedrooms and two full baths and one bath with spa tub only in the main home. 

-The Master Bedroom Suite has a wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating for two, television with cable, a large walk in closet and a private bath with a spectacular stained glass window of a native american kachina dancer. 

- Bedroom Two is centrally located next to the master bedroom and across the hall from bathroom two. This room has a queen size bed, a closet and writing desk.

- Bedroom Three  is located downstairs and has a queen size bed and television with cable.

- The Guest Bedroom Suite that is located off the dining room offers separate accommodations with a queen sized bed, separate entrance to outdoors, comfortable seating area with a flat panel television with cable and sofa, and a private bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub (no shower).

Separate from the Main House, the guest house is the perfect place for added visitors in your group. Three rooms, the guesthouse has a living room with a queen sleeper, television and comfortable seating and a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a small kitchen and full bath.
